Consulting Service is structured around “Efficacy Gap to close” basis. Thanks to our Pyramid of Efficacy that is first time ever defined in industry. CONSULTING SERVICES
Each service is systematic approach starts from Maintenance Efficacy Assessment to reveal customer’s efficacy level and define target gap to close. Then strategic action plan(s) is recommended and implemented. Assessment is distinctive from conventional method that is one-sided evaluation of auditor in that it is designed to create teamwork between auditor and clients by way of training where two way communication and knowledge can be effectively transferred. implementation of actions is putting demand and supply side management of maintenance, spare parts, and cost accounting into perspective. Customer is encouraged to close its chosen gap from any level of efficacy. One of the best benefits to customer is Maintenance Performance Budgeting and Control Gap where “Maintenance Cost per Unit Product” is targeted. It is also encouraged to go up to Maintenance Performance Budgeting or, the excellence in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Optimization.

Improvement of CMMS Effectiveness:

It is one of the most important steps for alignment of maintenance and management toward company profit. It is to improve existing CMMS effectiveness. Most CMMS was poorly implemented; in worst cases some are abandoned. CMMS effectiveness can be improved by reinforcing maintenance key functions including Work Planning and Control, Cost Control and Maintenance Performance Budgeting.
